Agent 99 relies strongly on the use of colour and light. It appropriates familiar materials and themes and reinvents them in a surprising twist of art history and pop culture.

The work consists of one hundred clear glass Coca-Cola bottles filled with coloured liquid and lit with an array of fluorescent tubes. The piece contains ten rows of ten bottles with one bottle mysteriously empty.
